*All prices are inclusive of Belgian VAT. For the ‘accommodation’ option, prices include Belgian VAT, per night/per person and breakfast.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received before 30 March 2025 are eligible for a full refund minus a €50 administrative fee; after 1 April 2025, refunds are not available, but substitutions are welcome.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@bgdo.org; no-shows are non-refundable, and in the event of organizer cancellation, full refunds will be issued.
