Agenda:

• Approval of the agenda
• Approval of the annual financial statements for the accounting period of 1 January 2024 till 31 December 2025
• Approval of the estimated expenses 2026
• Release of the board members from any liability for the accounting year 2025

 Venue: Online – a webcast link will be sent to you 2 days before the event

Who can participate:
All BGDO members who have paid their membership fee are entitled to participate in the General Assembly whether in person or by proxy. (only one proxy per person)
